The topic of DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) has moved beyond the corporate walls to now encompass all areas of our lives. Now more than ever, our diverse corporate leaders are harnessing voices that must be heard and amplified

IMPACT Fort Worth will create a space for purposeful reflection, culturally relevant leadership development, and an opportunity for your ERGs to flex their talent and truly IMPACT the City of Fort Worth. Over the course of two days your teams will enjoy energizing speakers, networking with other Fort Worth-area ERGs, and participating in a City of Fort Worth problem-solve competition. All ERGs will have the opportunity to present before city leaders, and the top 3 finalists will present at the Mayor’s Circle event.
