Event Description:
The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Texas Health to provide COVID-19 vaccines for all interested members and individuals. The vaccine is FREE OF CHARGE and is administered at various Texas Health Community Clinics. Please keep in mind this opportunity is for the FIRST* dose only. You will be given instructions on scheduling your second dose at your first dose appointment.
STEPS TO REGISTER:
IMPORTANT: Once you have registered and indicated your interest, you will receive an email within 24 hours from Texas Health with a Personal Access Code. You will need this code to schedule a vaccine appointment. The subject line will be “COVID-19 Vaccine First Dose”.
You will be allowed to schedule your appointment at a location and time convenient to you. This opportunity is only intended for you and cannot be forwarded or transferred. Therefore, only those who have received an email and a personal access code can get the 1st dose.
