Keep Meetings in Fort Worth and earn $500 towards your program. This incentive is designed to assist your local business as well as supporting our hotel partners and vendors in Fort Worth.

  • Qualified applicants must host a meeting in Fort Worth with a minimum of 75 total guestrooms between April 1, 2021-December 31- 2022.
  • The incentive can be used for the following:
    • Choice of Beverage from a local brewery or distillery. This can be used as a giveaway item, gift for VIP attendees, or raffle basket.
    • Gift card to a local boutique or store that can be given away to your attendees. 
    • Gift card to local restaurant that can be applied to any offsite dining during your meeting. 
    • Entertainer sponsored by Hear Fort Worth that can be utilized during your opening reception, closing reception, or break.
