Hampton has also worked with the greater Waco Chamber of Commerce leading workforce development and public policy efforts for the Central Texas Region. His background and experiences have exposed him to a variety of challenges facing organizations and communities.\n\nHampton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University. Hampton has done extensive volunteer work with the YMCA and student mentoring groups.\n\nHampton believes that his broad background and various roles have given him a unique perspective to help families achieve their financial goals. He also believes that helping communities and families is the key to a very rewarding and strong financial partnership.
