Audaz Leadership Program – Class 4

Overview

This session is designed to reinforce the principles introduced in earlier classes by giving participants the opportunity to present their real-world fundraising progress, reflect on what they’ve learned, and exchange insights with their peers.

Fundraising is both a leadership exercise and a community-building discipline. By sharing experiences, challenges, and breakthroughs, participants strengthen their ability to:

• Communicate value
• Leverage networks
• Make confident and intentional asks
• Work strategically within teams
• Apply leadership roles (Storyteller, Hammer, Strategist, Connector) in real scenarios

Session 4 emphasizes applied learning, accountability, and the power of collective feedback.
